October is Bullying Prevention Awareness Month. Students are encouraged to wear blue shirts with uniform bottoms on Monday, October 6th.

Hello all!

Beginning on October 1, 2025, public school districts, intermediate school districts, and public-school academies are required on an annual basis to disseminate to the parent or legal guardian of each student the safe firearm storage informational notices created by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (“MDHHS”).

****School Wide Fun Day is tomorrow! Please send your scholars to school tomorrow ready for a fun day! ****

Tomorrow is dress down for students! WHOOP WHOOP!!!
Please ensure that students are dressed appropriately. Holes in clothing, sagging pants, suggestive slogans on shirts are not permitted! Leggings are not permitted unless covered by a skirt or bottom is covered by a dress shirt. Please see pg. 33 of the student handbook for full dress code details.

GBA is proud to announce the start of the following after school programs:
Hip-Hop Dance on Thursday's 3:45-4:45pm beginning October 9th
StemNetics: Robotics on Monday's 4pm-5pm and Wednesday's 1pm-2pm beginning October 6th

Dear GBA Families, The bittersweet final days of the 2024–2025 school year are here, and what a journey it’s been! As we head into summer, please know how much we will miss the smiles, laughter, and brilliance your children bring to our building each day. We are incredibly proud of all they’ve accomplished and grown through this year! Hi GBA Families, Sending a reminder that we have our Scholastic Book Fair this week. Our students can buy a new book! The price range is $3.00 to $25.00. Please send the money labeled with your child's name and classroom. We will be open during school hours and during parent teacher conferences if you wanted to stop in and shop!

It is that time of year when preschool students visit kindergarten classes. It was such a fun activity for today! Preschool students were so excited and the kindergarten students played wonderful hosts and hostesses!

Hello Families, Join us Saturday from 10:00-12:00 to have some fun, pick up uniform pants, play games and just have some family time! We will have applications for our new after school program.
